Multi-commodity exposure including base and precious metals and bulks (iron ore and coal).

Emad is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer and board-level executive with over 25 years of experience in cross-border transactions across the Middle East and international markets. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, governance frameworks, and complex commercial arrangements across energy, infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, and technology sectors.

Niv Sarne is an international business leader and consultant with over 25 years of experience across energy, infrastructure, finance, and venture capital. He has led multi-billion-dollar transactions, including the US$2 billion acquisition of Chevron North Sea and landmark gas export agreements for the Tamar Gas Field. With senior experience spanning oil and gas, renewables, and large-scale infrastructure across the United States, the North Sea, and the Eastern Mediterranean, Niv combines technical depth, financial expertise, and strong global business relationships. Niv holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Cum Laude) from the Technion.

Eric Tizon is Chief Technology at NEM and CEO of DUSK ADGM, with more than 25 years of experience across nickel, cobalt, lithium-battery recycling, alumina, niobium, and rare earths. He has led and managed multi-billion-dollar industrial projects, including Sonic Bay, Maboumine, and lithium-battery recycling initiatives. A specialist in extractive metallurgy, Eric is recognized for his expertise in process optimization, technological innovation, and value creation across complex resource and processing projects.

Sergio Correa is a senior mining executive and geologist with more than 42 years of international experience in mineral exploration, resource development, technical evaluations, and business development. He has held leadership roles across iron ore, copper, gold, and multi-commodity projects in Brazil, Africa, Australia, Peru, and the Middle East, with a strong track record of growing resources, extending mine life, and leading multidisciplinary teams through discovery, development, and operational phases. Sergio combines deep technical expertise with corporate leadership across geology, mine planning, due diligence, and project evaluation.

Walid Chadili is an investment banking professional with more than five years of experience advising sovereign funds, corporates, and private groups on complex M&A, restructurings, and strategic investments across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Currently with Rothschild & Co in Dubai, he has supported transactions worth over US$40 billion, with strong expertise in valuation, financial modelling, deal structuring, and board-level materials. Walid brings particular experience in energy, renewables, infrastructure, and industrials, combined with a strong cross-border perspective and fluency in Arabic, French, and English.

Thierry Blanchet is a senior procurement and contract management executive with more than 30 years of experience across the mining and EPC sectors. He has led strategic sourcing, procurement, and cost-optimization programs for large-scale industrial projects, including directing procurement for the US$2.5 billion Sonic Bay HPAL project. With deep experience across Africa and China, Thierry brings strong expertise in supplier strategy, contract execution, and value-driven procurement for complex international developments

Evan Deng is Technical Director China at NEM and a senior metallurgical engineer with 20 years of international experience in nickel and ferronickel. He has worked across engineering design, commissioning, operational improvement, and technical due diligence, with deep expertise spanning the full nickel laterite value chain, including HPAL, RKEF, FeNi, NPI, and nickel sulphate. Having held roles with Hatch, Eramet, and major projects across China, Indonesia, Australia, Myanmar, and New Caledonia, Evan brings strong experience in feasibility studies, plant performance, risk identification, debottlenecking, and cost optimization for large-scale nickel and battery metals projects.
